Macfarlane Project Partners leveraged SharePoint and Power Platform to deliver a comprehensive data and knowledge base for BHPs Global Closure and Legacy Management team and its  Closure Practitioners across BHP.

Here is just a short summary of the suite of products delivered:

• A sustainable and comprehensive  Closure Toolkit  in SharePoint to support capability uplift of BHP closure practitioners promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration.

• Industry data was analysed in Power Bi  to provide critical industry background knowledge for closure teams and assets.

• Data capture of annual Key Risk Indicators was streamlined for assets - moving from manual spreadsheets and post collection analysis to PowerApps data collection and live reporting summaries with PowerBI.

• A Map of our Sites in BI and PowerApps combo allowed for lodgement and viewing of Closure Management Plans across teams.

• Program coordination, time management and reporting configured in ClickUp to streamline and support the delivery of a comprehensive 3 year program !
